Films, Podcasts, and Civic Action

How short films and audio can spark dialogue on democracy and participation among youth — and how EGA turns that into action.

Civic participation grows when people feel seen, informed, and capable. Media helps make civic life relatable — not abstract. At EGA, we use film, podcast, and workshops to turn awareness into action.

Why stories work

Stories reduce distance. They make rights, leadership, elections literacy, and community responsibility feel real — because they’re attached to people, choices, and consequences.

Program 2 — Youth Podcast

Podcasts make civic topics conversational. They allow youth to hear perspectives, ask better questions, and learn practical steps without the pressure of a classroom format.

Program 3 — Workshops & Labs

Workshops build the skills behind civic action: fact-checking, facilitation, collaboration, and designing community projects that actually ship.
